Course Description

Today’s Golf Course layout is the work of highly respected Golf course designer Eddie Connaughton, who made great use of what could only be described as natural golf course terrain. Our championship golf course is presented in pristine condition all year round. The course boasts of beautifully tree lined fairways, perfectly manicured greens and wonderful water features which meander throughout the course, offering golfers of all levels a most enjoyable golfing experience. There are so many holes contending for the position of signature hole that every corner the golfer turns will give a glimpse of a better hole than the last.  Our course moved into the top 100 golf courses in Ireland in 2012 only two years after completing its transformation. We are one of the few clubs in Fingal in the top 100.  It has been given its due recognition at last, as the feedback from visitors from home and abroad is that we have “A Hidden Gem”.  It provides a great challenge for the keen golfer where during any round they will get the opportunity to use every club in their bag.  Greens and tees are constructed to USGA standards and are amongst the best in Ireland. The course is well managed and carefully manicured to give the visitor a well-presented modern golf course with beautiful vistas. The blend of mature trees and newly designed water hazards, which come into play on seven holes, give an intriguing character to the course and provides golfers with variety and a challenging round.
